Bridget McKenna

Bridget is a children's book illustrator and licensed artist. Ever since she was a young girl she has been creating art and it has been a dream come true for her to work as a professional artist and share her work with others. After studying illustration at The School of Visual Arts, NYC and completing her BFA and MA in fine art she has been perfecting her artistic style and unique vision. Over the past few years, Bridget has illustrated two adorable pictures books that are available at online retailers. She has also licensed multiple greeting card designs, licensed and sold numerous prints and has licensed products currently in production. Her next book and cards will be coming out soon. Bridget's original art, inspirational prints and furniture designs can be found online and at local retail shops. Her Funkolicious Creations line of funky, one of a kind, hand painted furniture, accessories and room decor are perfect for the young and young at heart. Bridget feels so fortunate to be living her artistic dreams and to be able to create art on a daily basis. When not in her home art studio she loves to garden, bake and spend time by the water. She lives in California with her wonderful and supportive family which includes her silly husband, beautiful, caring daughter and affectionate Pomeranian pups.
