Jo Moulton
The simplicity of all things country is reflected in artist Jo Moulton’s paintings. Jo’s father instilled a great love and respect for all of nature and encouraged her at a young age to paint.
Her small farm upbringing definitely influences Jo’s classic designs, as she is constantly finding new uses for old items. “I find that the simple life exists not only in a place or period of time, but also in our hearts. Through art, the gentler times can always touch our lives.”
Jo studied at Brigham Young University and now makes her home in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah, where she still maintains too large of a yard and garden. Though art is a large part of her life, a bigger picture for Jo is her family. Husband Jim, who works in the art industry as well as two grown sons, Ryan and Kellen are Jo’s real life loves.
