Shipping policy

    WHOLESALE SHIPPING

    • All orders will be shipped “Best Way” from Clinton, MA unless otherwise requested.

    • Orders are normally shipped within 2—4 weeks. The cost of shipping will be added to your invoice.

    • An additional UPS or FedEx C.O.D. charge will be added to ALL C.O.D. orders.

    • You pay for shipping costs on our free Displays and offset merchandise.

    • Please call 800-322-3866 for specific shipping costs to your area.

    BACK ORDERS:

    • We will ship out of stock items as soon as possible unless otherwise noted on invoice. Normal shipping charges will apply to back orders.

    • Any back order under $30.00 will be cancelled

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

    All orders must be Pre-Paid. All invoices are payable in U.S. funds.

    RETAIL SHIPPING

    • We ship worldwide.

    • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days, except during:

      • New releases

      • Sales

      • Holidays

    • Shipping Rates: Calculated based on:

      • Weight and size of the order

      • Destination

      • Chosen shipping speed

      • No mark-ups are applied to shipping costs.

    • Shipping Options:

      • Standard: Up to 10 business days

      • Expedited: 4 business days

      • 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days

      • Expedited and 2-Day shipping may be unavailable during peak periods.

    • Address Accuracy:

      • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are the buyer's responsibility.

      • Always double-check your shipping address at checkout.

    • Carrier Handling:

      • We are not responsible for how carriers handle packages.

      • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.

    • PayPal Orders:

      • Orders placed using PayPal will not ship until payment is verified.

      • PayPal may add additional processing time.

    • Shipping Delays:

      • Most orders ship within 3–4 business days.

      • If delays occur, we will notify you directly.
