TERMS & POLICIES

Shortages & Damage Claims

• If your order is damaged during shipping, you must notify both Legacy Publishing Group and the shipping carrier within 5 business days to initiate a claim.
• Please save all original packaging for inspection by the carrier’s claim adjuster.
• Once the claim is initiated, we’ll issue a return authorization valid for 30 days.
• Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice in order to receive a replacement.
Any order shortages must be reported to Legacy Publishing Group within 7 business days of receiving your order.


Payment Terms

• First-time orders are C.O.D. or credit card only.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Net 30 terms are available for reorders upon satisfactory credit check.
• A 1.5% finance charge will apply to any overdue balances.
• A $25 service fee will be charged for any returned or stop-payment checks.
• A 10% service fee will apply to any unaccepted or undeliverable orders.
• Special 60 & 90-day terms are available with approved credit references.
• Invoices will be sent via email or fax, unless otherwise requested.


Minimum Order Requirements

First-time order minimum: $100
Reorder minimum: $50

PRICES:

• Effective — January 1, 2025. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Purchase order numbers should accompany all invoices, acknowledgements, and correspondence.
